ProMiller is a growing hotel management and consulting company with a portfolio of emerging service-based startups. We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and contribute to building a strong online presence for ProMiller and its associated brands.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing and executing the digital strategy across all our brands. Your role will involve content creation, campaign management, SEO, social media, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

Independently manage and grow social media accounts across platforms.

2. SEO Strategy:

Should have some knowledge of seo

3. Coordination & Scheduling:

Manage digital marketing calendars, schedules, reminders, and maintain meeting agendas and minutes.

4. Content Creation:

Develop engaging content (written, visual, and video) tailored to each platform and brand tone.

5. Performance Reporting:

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

6. Campaign Planning & Execution:

Proven experience in Design and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

7. Innovation & Optimization:

Continuously bring in fresh perspectives to improve marketing processes and overall digital strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for content and trends

• Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools

• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related field

• Prior experience in hospitality or service-based industries is a plus
