Crazy Plant Lady Café (CPL) is one of its leading properties—an experiential café that combines plants, thrift, community events, and hospitality into a lifestyle brand. We’re building a network of properties across India, and high-performing interns may have the opportunity to work with other cafés or projects under the ProMiller umbrella, including full-time roles and fast-track management training . Role Overview This is a ground-level, high-impact internship designed to turn an organized and assertive intern into the engine behind daily café operations. You'll act as a bridge between on-ground staff, the operations team, and marketing , and will be tasked with creating documentation and systems that support long-term scalability, working with the Founder’s Office to solve real-time staff and process challenges. Key Responsibilities Perform café walkthroughs using opening and cleaning checklists Track staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and behavioral red flags Submit a 5-minute end-of-day report to the Founder’s Office Maintain a staff performance log across key parameters Identify and troubleshoot workflow inefficiencies (cleaning delays, miscommunication, inventory gaps, etc.) Shadow the café manager to document and identify process gaps Suggest micro-improvements to team culture, layout, and staff structure Collaborate with marketing team to ideate and execute new campaigns & highlight CPL initiatives Perks & Growth Opportunities Competitive stipend of ₹10,000–₹12,000/month for strong ownership and commitment Performance Incentives for exceptional contribution Daily meals during shifts Staff discount on café menu LOR (performance based) + Completion Certificate Exposure to brand ops + event campaigns Shortlisted for full-time roles across Promiller cafés and hotels around the whole country Eligible for Manager-in-Training path post-internship Ideal Candidate Pursuing or recently graduated in BBA / MBA/ BHM / Business / Hospitality / Operations Detail-obsessed and organized with a sharp eye for inefficiencies Comfortable managing frontline teams and delivering honest feedback Fluent in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred) Available 6 days/week, including weekends and peak hours Passionate about system-building and real-world execution Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving attitude Shows exceptional ownership and executability Show more Show less
