Digital Marketing Associate

As a Digital Marketing Associate at our company, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content across various platforms like Instagram and YouTube. You should be comfortable in front of the camera, possess a keen sense of what resonates with digital audiences, and be enthusiastic about exploring new tools, including AI. Your key responsibilities will include creating engaging content that reflects our brand's tone and aesthetic on platforms such as Reels, Stories, Posts, and YouTube Shorts. You will also be editing videos and images using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar software. Additionally, you will be expected to regularly pitch new content ideas, stay updated on social trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to align content with product launches and campaigns. We are looking for someone with strong skills in content creation and editing, particularly in short-form video for Instagram and YouTube. You should have a camera-friendly personality, be highly creative, and possess a deep understanding of digital content trends and storytelling. Familiarity with AI tools that aid in scripting, ideation, or content generation is a bonus. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar - Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content best practices - Comfortable being on-camera for brand videos, product showcases, and lifestyle content - Ability to independently ideate, script, and execute creative concepts - Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or others is preferred - Strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and audience engagement - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and a content calendar This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Panipat, Haryana, is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role.,
