Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1-3 years Industry: Healthcare Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies while designing visually compelling creatives for digital platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create and schedule engaging content for websites, newsletters, and ads. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and relevance. Research market trends, competitors, and best practices to inform strategy. Graphic Design Design creatives for social media, websites, digital ads, brochures, presentations, etc. Create branding materials including logos, banners, and corporate identity elements. Edit images, videos, and other media as needed. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, SEO tools, and WordPress. Strong communication and organizational skills. Creative thinking with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Preferred Skills: Video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
