Digital Marketer – Lead generation

Job Title: Performance Marketer – Stock Market Research Analyst Firm

Experience Required: 1-5 years in performance marketing, preferably in finance or stock market research analyst firm domain

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can run high-ROI campaigns and generate quality leads through paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.)
• Manage ad budgets with a strong focus on Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROAS, and conversion rates
• Design and test creative variations for ads targeting stock market audiences
• Use A/B testing to improve landing pages and ad creatives
• Run retargeting campaigns and lookalike audiences to maximize lead quality
• Track and report on campaign performance, funnel conversion, and attribution
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align messaging with campaign goals
• Stay updated with compliance and ad policy changes, especially in the finance category

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing (minimum 1 years)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience running lead generation campaigns for financial services, stock market traiding, or fintech is a major plus
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems
• Knowledge of SEBI guidelines and ad compliance policies related to finance/stock market
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with email automation and funnel marketing
• Basic understanding of trading and stock market
