Staff Development Collaborate in the recruitment of staff with talent acquisition. Foster an environment of professional growth and educational advancement. Address the resolution of practice, behavioral, and attendance issues in collaboration with department managers, professional practice, and human resources as appropriate. Budget Management Ensure all departments are adhering to defined budgets. Monitor monthly variances and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of patient/client care. Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and utilization of equipment and technology to ensure the highest level of care.
