Designer cum Digital Marketer

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual to take on the dual role of Designer cum Digital Marketer. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design strategies while managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the brand visibility and student engagement of our institution across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, brochures, and posters for college events, admissions, and announcements.
• Design engaging social media creatives, emailers, digital ads, and website visuals.
• Assist in video editing and animation for institutional promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email.
• Handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments for promotion of events, achievements, and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong creative and storytelling ability through visual content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in educational marketing or agency work preferred.
• Knowledge of basic HTML, WordPress, or website CMS is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
