Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership:

Define and drive the overall design strategy and vision for the company.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers (graphic, product, UX/UI, etc.).
Ensure consistent brand identity and visual aesthetics across all design outputs.
Establish and manage design standards, systems, and best practices.

Creative Direction

Translate business and marketing goals into creative design strategies.
Review, approve, and guide high-quality design deliverables.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate innovation into design processes.

Collaboration Communication

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, engineering, and sales.
Present design concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders and clients.
Act as a bridge between creative vision and practical business execution.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines, quality, and budget.
Allocate resources efficiently and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Set performance metrics and conduct regular reviews of team and individual outputs.
