Design Engineer - Solidworks

We are seeking a SolidWorks Design Engineer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Surface Modelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 3D CAD modelling principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create complex surface geometries using SolidWorks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, concept design, and model refinement for various engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks, focusing on surface modelling techniques.
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and design requirements to create accurate CAD models.
• Modify and optimize existing designs based on feedback, simulation results, or customer specifications.
• Collaborate with other design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to internal design standards and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to product development discussions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience using SolidWorks, with a strong emphasis on surface modelling.
• Proficient in creating complex surfaces, lofts, sweeps, and other advanced modelling techniques.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturability (DFM) principles.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in rendering or simulation (added advantage).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
