Design Associate

• Collaborate with Ms. Aditi J. Patel and the design team on projects from concept to completion.
• Assist in developing and executing compelling design solutions across various mediums.

• A minimum of one year of professional design experience

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite; Autocad; Sketchup; Rhino; Figma/Sketch a plus).
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
