The Opportunity: Design Associate We're seeking a passionate Design Associate to join our dynamic team, working directly under Ms. Aditi J. Patel , the Creative Director. This is a unique chance to refine your skills, contribute to high-profile projects, and grow within a forward-thinking environment. What You'll Do Collaborate with Ms. Aditi J. Patel and the design team on projects from concept to completion. Assist in developing and executing compelling design solutions across various mediums. Conduct research and gather inspiration for design concepts. Prepare design presentations, mock-ups, and prototypes. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions. Ensure designs align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and client expectations. Efficiently manage design assets and project files. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. What We're Looking For A minimum of one year of professional design experience (agency or similar preferred). A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and understanding of design principles. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite; Autocad; Sketchup; Rhino; Figma/Sketch a plus). Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Proactive, eager to learn, and strong work ethic. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred. Why Join Jayantilal & Company?
