Job Summary

The Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Corporate Salary) will be responsible for acquiring new corporate salary accounts and managing relationships with existing corporate clients. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase the bank's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new corporate clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in the bank's CRM system
  • Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products and services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
