Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with suitable banking solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the bank's products and services to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any queries or concerns raised by clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
