To ensure day-to-day management of non-clinical operations through functional heads under supervision of the CEO.
Translate CEO’s strategic directions into departmental action plans.
Monitor KPIs for departments such as HR, Stores, Finance, IT, Maintenance, Legal, etc.
Ensure integration between support services and patient care.
Drive compliance for documentation, statutory obligations, and audit responses.
Support project management, budget tracking, and vendor oversight.
Approve department-level expenditures, escalations, and performance assessments.
Chair operations committee meetings.
Implement cross-departmental systems and escalation pathways.
Departmental SLA compliance and staff productivity.
Resolution of grievances, incident reports, and audit findings.
