Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution and delivery of projects to our clients. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects/programs across multiple clients or teams Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Ensure high-quality deliverables while managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations Track key metrics (e.g., project health, customer satisfaction, margin) and report to leadership
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
• Implement best practices in Agile/Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
• Mentor and coach project managers, leads, and team members
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT or service delivery, including at least 3 years in a Delivery/Project/Program Manager role
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions
• Certification in PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or similar is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or similar
• Client-facing experience in a global delivery environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
