Title: Dean- SBS (From mentioned 2 institutes only) Qualification- Ph.D - Management Budget- Upto 70 LPA Target Institutions – MDI Gurgaon and SP Jain Or from any IIM Background Responsibilities: 1. Academic Leadership: o Provide strategic leadership for academic programs and curriculum development. o Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and research. o Collaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences. 2. Administrative Oversight: o Manage budgets, resources, and facilities related to the department or school. o Oversee the recruitment, evaluation, and development of faculty and staff. o Implement and enforce academic policies and standards. 3. Student Affairs: o Address student concerns and ensure a positive learning environment. o Collaborate with student services to enhance the overall student experience. 4. Community Engagement: o Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and the broader community. o Promote the department or school's reputation and contributions. 5. Strategic Planning: o Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the department or school. o Align academic initiatives with the overall goals of the institution. 6. Research and Innovation: o Support and promote faculty research initiatives and scholarly activities. o Encourage innovation and the integration of new technologies in teaching and research. 7. Accreditation and Compliance: o Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. o Work towards continuous improvement and quality assurance. 8. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: o Address challenges and conflicts within the department or school. o Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
