• Clear understanding of different client types (startup, SME, enterprise) and project types (fixed, dedicated, monthly retainer).
• Capable of identifying quality prospects by judging company potential and requirement type.
• Smart and detail-focused mindset to follow exact instructions and deliver precise outputs.
• English fluency and communication skills are not mandatory; data clarity and research accuracy are prioritized.
• Should have worked with or supported sales teams focused on international B2B services.
• Preferred candidates will have prior experience with product/service-based IT companies or lead generation agencies.
