Key Result Areas (KRA) for Data Entry Operator cum MIS

1. Data Entry Accuracy and Timeliness

• Ensure 100% accuracy in entering data from various sources into relevant databases or systems.
• Excellent command on Advance Excel.
• Perform regular data verification and validation.

2. MIS Reporting and Analysis

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by the management.
• Maintain and update existing reporting formats.
• Provide insights and trends from MIS reports to support decision-making.

3. Database Management

• Regularly update and maintain master databases and spreadsheets.
• Perform periodic data clean-ups to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure backups are taken and database structures are not compromised.

4. Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification.
• Respond to data-related queries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

5. System and Process Compliance

• Adhere to organizational protocols for data security and confidentiality.
• Follow SOPs related to data handling and reporting.
• Support audit processes by providing accurate records when needed.

6. Process Improvement

• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in data entry and MIS processes.
• Suggest improvements or automation opportunities to streamline reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
