Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems. Verify and cross-check information for errors or discrepancies. Manage and organize digital files efficiently. Prepare reports and retrieve data as requested. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and completeness. Perform routine data quality checks and audits. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role. Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with database management tools. Previous experience in administrative roles.
