We are seeking a Senior ETL Developer / Data Engineer with 6–10 years of experience to
architect and lead data pipeline development initiatives. This role requires deep technical
expertise in Snowflake, Matillion, AWS Glue, SQL Server, and SSIS, along with a strong
grasp of best practices for building robust and scalable data infrastructure.
● Design and implement end-to-end ETL solutions using SSIS, Matillion/AWS Glue, and
Snowflake.
● Lead architecture and data modeling discussions for scalable data warehousing
solutions.
● Develop and enforce coding standards, reusability, and ETL frameworks.
● Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure high performance and availability.
● Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on projects.
● Collaborate with BI, analytics, and DevOps teams to align data solutions with business
needs.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, data lineage, and technical
standards.
