Role Overview

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to be SayaCare's friendly and reliable voice. This on-site role in Noida requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. You’ll handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone who chooses us for their health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information regarding products, test reports, delivery status, and pricing
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal tools
• Coordinate with operations and pharmacy teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied
• Contribute to process improvement and maintain a high standard of service

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Empathetic listener with a patient, solution-oriented approach
• Diligent note-taker, quick learner, and a critical thinker
• Detail-oriented and committed to following processes
• Prior 1-3 years customer service experience in healthcare or pharma is a plus
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced startup environment
