Job Summary:

We're seeking a male Customer Care Executive with excellent foreign language skills to provide top-notch customer service, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls during night shift hours

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product/service information and recommendations

- Document customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:

- Male candidates only

- 1-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment (first preference)

- Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in British and American Accent, etc ]

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment

- Familiarity with customer service software and tools

Essential Skills:

- Fluency in Foreign Language (British and American Accent is Must)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions

- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers

Shift Details:

- Night shift hours: [9:00 PM to 6:00 AM]
