What we are looking for:

We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Intern/Associate to join our Customer Success Team.. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service across various communication channels like chat, tickets, and incoming calls.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engage with customers via chat, tickets, and calls, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
  • Showcase exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain precise customer records using advanced CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve our organizational objectives.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve our overall customer experience.
  • Assist in various customer support tasks as needed.


Working Conditions:

  • Enjoy a monthly stipend as part of your internship.
  • Work from Office | Monday to Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM(with one weekly off on a rotational basis)
  • This internship is fixed until September 2025. Based on your performance, there may be an opportunity to transition into a long-term role thereafter.


Who you are/What you possess:

  • Ideally, you possess 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling customer inquiries across different channels.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to resolve issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a definite advantage.


Interview Process:

  • HR Screening: You'll have a virtual meeting with our HR team to discuss contract terms and conditions.
  • Interview with Support Manager: A meeting with our Customer Support Team in the office to discuss your experience and the exciting opportunities this role offers.
  • A final interview with the HR, to assess cultural fit, alignment with job roles and responsibilities.
