Customer Support Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved quickly, professionally, and with empathy. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal databases.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
• Identify trends in customer concerns and report to management for improvement.
• Assist in creating support documentation such as FAQs and help articles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (any stream).
• Proven customer service or support experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
