Customer Support Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Experience in handling complaints and inquiries.
Should be good at building strong relationships.
Strong process orientation. Experience in implementing processes leading to better addressal of customer queries and higher productivity for the team.
Experience in Hiring, training, and appraising, and leading a team.
Well versed with reporting and analysis.
