Job Overview: The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for direct communication with the End Customer to ensure that the Customers’ needs are met with accordance to the company quality standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers and strives to continuously improve service delivery over phone or any other channels as dedicated according to company policies. 2. Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails chat and any other means as a receiver and caller. 3. Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company. 4. Provide personalized customer service of the highest level with a pleasant and friendly manner. 5. Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands. 6. Makes decisions within monetary grant of authority to resolve customers’ issues and complaints. 7. Ensure that all individual targets and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are consistently met or exceeded, and understanding the relevance and impact of those factors on the team’s overall performance. 8. Maintain proper behaviour, discipline, and punctuality. 9. Ensure that all confidential information pertaining to company or individual customer coming into one’s possession, is not disclosed or revealed to unauthorized person or agency. 10. Other duties as assigned. 11. Maintain the confidentiality of internal and external information. 12. Implement and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policies. 13. Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. 14. Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization. Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree is mandatory. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an agent role. • Personal attributes- adaptable, patient, organised, personable. • Good interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of customer relations • Good conflict resolution skills • Ability to multitask Ability to work in a team Have good sense of judgment • Good managerial skills. • Language level of B2 – C1 Minimum for English • Professional proficiency in English Language. • Competencies: o Leadership- Takes initiative, takes ownership, demonstrates accountable behavior, displays early signs of leadership, Demonstrates company values. o Teamwork- cooperative and positive attitude with peers and superiors. o Communication Skills- Communicates clearly and professionally in written and spoken formats, with his peers and superiors. o Result Oriented- Understand results desired from his work. Meets deadlines with desired work quality. o Problem Solving and Decision Making- Demonstrates problem solving skills Makes sound decisions at the level required for his job.
