Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone calls. Clearly explain financial product features, eligibility, and benefits. Communicate professionally to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Handle customer queries and objections with confidence. Collect, verify, and submit kyc and compliance documents accurately. Track and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow ups, applications, and conversions. Preferred candidate profile 0-1 year of experience in customer support. Excellent communication skills in english language. Ability to work on outbound calling campaigns using telephonic devices. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking. Perks and Benefits Attractive performance-based incentives minimum upto 10,000 - 20,000 per month. We provide health insurance of 2 lakhs.
