Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering customer calls and emails, maintaining customer records, and following up on customer interactions to ensure their needs are met. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.

• Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
• Basic knowledge of IT and digital services to provide accurate information and support to customers
• Experience in customer service or support roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
