Job Title: Customer Support Advisor (Ticketing) Location : Noida Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team in the ticketing department. As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving ticketing-related issues and queries. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues via phone, email, or chat Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about ticketing policies, procedures, and processes Utilize ticketing software and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics Requirements 1+ year of experience in customer support or ticketing (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong customer focus and empathy Proficiency in using ticketing software and CRM systems (training provided if needed) Nice To Have Experience working with ticketing software (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards Certification in customer service or support (e.g., ICMI, HDI) What We Offer 22k for freshers in hand and upto 36k in hand for experienced 4400 night shift allowance and 4400 attendance allowances upto 15k incentives both side cabs If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a keen interest in ticketing, please submit your application, including your resume @ 9711411176 This job is provided by Shine.com Show more Show less
