Customer Relationship Officer

1. Lead Generation & Networking: Identify sourcing contacts and network with them for referral of leads from the following sources: Officials in the Town Planning Office / Panchayat Offices Small builders and contractors Civil Engineers / Planners / Draftsmen Hardware stores, dealers of building and construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, sand, etc.) Local masons / petty contractors Real estate and land developers Real estate brokers Officials in the sub-registrar office 2. Promotion & Marketing: Propagate the company and schemes in all commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments and in the local market by carrying out activities like: Conducting events at these establishments Distributing brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials 3. Networking: Network with trader associations / professional associations to promote the brand, gather member lists, and run promotional campaigns. 4. Market Identification: Identify construction projects through open market / direct market sourcing. 5. Sales & Support: Responsible for transactional sales, operational, administrative, and support activities to meet set targets/objectives. 6. Market Analysis: Analyze business trends and target figures to develop new strategies. 7. Proposal Screening: Perform initial screening of proposals using the ‘Tab Application’: Obtain applications from prospects Communicate ‘in principle’ approval based on customer selection criteria 8. Coordination with Cluster Manager: Coordinate for proper appraisal, complete pre-sanction documentation, formal approval, and fee processing. 9. Post-Sanction Documentation: Complete post-sanction documentation and coordinate legal and technical evaluations. Complete documentation and registration (including mortgage registration). Draw up loan disbursement schedule based on construction progress. 10. Technical Visit Coordination: Coordinate technical visits to monitor construction and enable disbursement. 11. Collection Follow-up: a. Follow up for pre-EMI collection during the construction stage until final disbursement. b. Ensure first EMI presentation and clearance. c. Follow up on ECS/ACH bounces and collect the EMI within the same month. d. Ensure no delinquencies (defined as over 30 DPD) in the assigned location.
