Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Company Overview:

We are a growing financial planning and wealth management firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through mutual fund investments, insurance planning, and personalized portfolio management. We are looking to onboard a committed and smart Customer Relationship Manager to maintain and enhance our client servicing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Servicing: Actively manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely responses, clarity, and support.
  • Insurance Coordination: Handle insurance-related tasks like follow-ups, documentation, renewals, and support.
  • Portfolio Review Scheduling: Regularly schedule and coordinate client portfolio review meetings with internal advisors.
  • Client Data Management: Maintain and update client profiles, documents, and preferences on internal systems/portals.
  • Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for renewals, investments, KYC, or any service-related updates.
  • Portal Handling: Operate and manage client portals (Mutual Fund/Insurance/CRM software) efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Comfortable using financial/CRM portals and basic financial software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – polite, respectful, and clear.
  • Ability to remain calm and proactive in handling difficult or urgent client situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and writing professional emails.
  • Fluent in English with confidence in verbal and written communication.
  • Good presence of mind with a client-first approach and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or CRM roles is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
