Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.

Conduct customer visits and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling UCV finance products.

Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of UCV finance products and motor finance concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong customer relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is essential.
