Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure our clients' needs are met effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software to efficiently manage customer data and interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer service skills to handle client inquiries professionally and promptly (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to ensure clear and effective communication with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Active listening skills to understand and address client needs effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Client retention strategies to maintain and enhance ongoing relationships with customers, boosting long-term engagement.
  • Lead generation techniques to identify and attract potential clients, expanding the customer base.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities for accurate client information management and follow-ups.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts and information through CRM Software to track interactions and transactions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and expectations, providing relevant solutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and collect data to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate services and address any concerns.
  • Identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth through effective lead generation.
  • Prepare regular reports on CRM activity and customer feedback to guide decision-making processes.
