Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities of a CRE: Customer Interaction: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about products and services, and addressing concerns or complaints.  Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.  Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.  Sales and Revenue Generation: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, contributing to overall sales targets.  Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, updating databases, and generating reports on customer interactions and feedback.  Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring customer satisfaction levels, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.  Communication: Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the organization.  Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for product demonstrations, consultations, or service visits.  Product/Service Knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.  Performance Improvement: Analysing customer feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.  Escalation: Following established procedures for escalating unresolved customer issues or complaints.  Reporting: Generating reports on customer interactions, feedback, and performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
