Job Description

Optimizing Customer Interactions for Satisfaction Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. Presales and Lead Management Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers for various project sales teams. Team Leadership and Walk-in Generation Responsible for leading a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects. Client Acquisition and Business Development Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets. Proposal and Documentation To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation. Call Management Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as per the guidelines of the organization. Lead Capture and Routing Capturing leads, qualifying them, and then routing such leads to sales for effective closure. CRM Data Management Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached. Call to Site Visit Conversion Responsible for ensuring a call conversion to a Site Visit.
