CRM Manager

Location: Noida (On-site)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who’s not just supervising a team but has truly built or shaped CRM operations - someone who understands the daily nuances of customer support, retention, escalations, and feedback cycles. You could have been called a "CRM Manager" or even a “Team Lead” at a smaller company - but what matters is that you’ve owned the function.

What You’ll Own

• Build and manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM desk (2-3 agents initially)
• Set and monitor team KPIs: TAT, first response time, CSAT, repeat complaints
• Design SOPs for handling escalations, refunds, complaints, etc.
• Collaborate with Store & Operations to close CRM feedback loops
• Drive customer retention through smart communication and service recovery
• Train CRM executives on tone, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Use tools like Qkonnect/Zoho/Exotel (or suggest better ones!)
• Generate and share weekly dashboards with management

You Should Apply If You Have

• 2–5 years of hands-on CRM/Customer Support experience in a startup or service-based company
• Managed a small team or process independently
• Strong written and verbal communication in English & Hindi
• Good understanding of CRM tools, IVR setups, ticketing systems
• A bias for action, clarity, and customer obsession
