CRM Collection Executive

Job Title: CRM Collection/Vendor Management Reports to: MD Location: Vile Parle Job Summary: We are seeking a CRM Collection/Vendor Management professional to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: - Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration - Coordinate with vendors regarding payment issues and queries. - Develop and implement vendor management processes to improve efficiency and productivity - Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors, resolving any disputes or issues - Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, payments, and performance. Requirements: - Degree any Graduate - Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management or procurement in construction industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency Microsoft Office & Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with construction industry-specific software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) - Knowledge of contract management and procurement regulations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: minimum: 2 years (Required) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
