Key Responsibilities:

• Advertising Strategy:

  Strategize content for ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms

• Creative Direction:

  Develop concepts for short-form video ads, oversee ad shoots, and manage video editors and designers.

• Performance Analysis:

  Track ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Influencer Marketing:

  Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to boost brand reach and engagement.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage a team of editors, designers, and content creators to ensure high-quality creative output.

• Market Trends & Innovation:

  Stay up to date with social media trends, ad formats, and consumer behavior to create engaging campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  3+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or creative strategy, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand.

• Skills:

  knowledge of Meta Ads, short-form video content creation and influencer marketing.

• Tools:

  Experience with ad platforms, influencer marketing platforms, video editing software.

• Creative Vision:

  Ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact advertising and influencer campaigns.

• Leadership & Collaboration:

  Strong ability to manage creative teams and work cross-functionally.
