Key Responsibilities

• Creative Project Management: Manage the end-to-end creative process, including design and video projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of creative outputs.
• Team Leadership: : Lead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Operations Ownership: Take ownership of the operations within the design and video vertical, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their creative needs, presenting ideas, concepts, and deliverables that align with their brand vision.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of creativity and ensure all deliverables meet the brand’s identity and communication guidelines.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on project management and creative direction.
• Strong expertise in both design and video production, with a deep understanding of creative processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in team management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee creative operations and ensure seamless execution of projects
