Creative Head

Responsibilities * Lead the overall creative strategy and execution across all client projects and in-house branding * Manage and mentor a team of designers, content writers, video editors, and marketers * Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Client Servicing teams to understand project goals and client needs * Translate briefs into compelling creative concepts that align with brand tone and objectives * Review and approve all final creative deliverables to ensure high standards of quality, originality, and effectiveness * Stay ahead of design and marketing trends, technology, and innovations in branding and visual storytelling * Ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs and maintain consistency across campaigns * Pitch ideas to clients and contribute to high-level presentations and strategy meetings * Handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities and resources efficiently * Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communication, or related field * 4+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (preferably in an agency setting) * Exceptional portfolio showcasing branding, design systems, digital campaigns, and creative direction * Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design and project management tools * Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, user experience, and digital design principles * Ability to think both strategically and hands-on to bring ideas to life Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Content creation: 4 years (Required) Team management: 3 years (Required) Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person
