Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Court Clerk located in New Delhi. The Court Clerk will be responsible for managing and organizing court documents, ensuring smooth court proceedings, assisting lawyers with case preparation, and maintaining communication with court officials and clients. The Court Clerk will also be responsible for scheduling court dates, managing case files, and performing various administrative tasks to support the legal team.

Qualifications

Knowledge of law and court proceedings
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with court officials and clients professionally
Organizational skills to manage case files and documents efficiently
Experience working within court systems and understanding of court protocols
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Previous experience as a court clerk or in a legal administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in using legal research and case management software
Must have experience in court filing and E-filing.
