Job Description

Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager

(Female Candidates are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategy.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)(MBA preferred).
  • 2 to 10 years of experience in B2B, B2C/ Corporate Sales & marketing

    (experience in Medical & surgical Equipment is a plus).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
