Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients and key partners. Needs Assessment: Evaluate clients’ risk profiles and insurance requirements to provide relevant and strategic advice. Tailored Solutions: Design and deliver customized insurance solutions that support clients’ operational and strategic goals. Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain high satisfaction levels through proactive service, regular communication, and timely issue resolution. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to acquiring new corporate clients. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, underwriting, claims, and other departments to ensure seamless client service. Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments to provide informed recommendations and stay competitive. Reporting & Insights: Generate performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve client outcomes. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all client interactions and solutions comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
