WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR MNC CLIENT COMPANY FOR THE ROLE OF "NON IT RECRUITER" WHICH WILL BE ON 1 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT ON 3rd PARTY PAYROLL @ GURGAON LOCATION

ONLY INTERESTED CANDIDATES HAVING RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY AND SHOULD HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS , CANDIDATES WITH 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE CAN ALSO APPLY.

1. Source CVs from a variety of platforms, including job boards, recruitment agencies, direct applications, referrals, and social networks, to build a strong talent pool for open positions.
2. Schedule interviews with both local and global hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication between candidates and managers regarding interview schedules and any changes.
3. Coordinate with shortlisted candidates to gather required documents, manage offer preparation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
4. Maintain and actively update a talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring needs across all vacant roles.
5. Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant platforms, providing insights on progress and candidate status.

Specialized Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented multitasker, adept at managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
