We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us find and attract top-tier talent across engineering, product, and occasionally marketing and operations functions. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing deep knowledge of the tech talent landscape, creative sourcing strategies, and a passion for building strong, diverse teams.
What Youll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with leaders to understand hiring needs and define success profiles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract, hire employees and ensure there is a strong talent pipeline for future growth
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize the recruiting process and ensure hiring goals are met
- Help hiring managers craft job descriptions and forecast requirements on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with People Operations and hiring managers to continuously improve our recruitment process
- Work with the marketing team to conduct various campaigns to attract talent
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and help foster a diverse and equitable workplace
Skills & Abilities
- 8 - 10 yrs of experience of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 4 as a technical recruiter
- Proven track record of hiring software engineers, product managers, and/or data professionals
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and how to evaluate them
- Experience in scaling up start up / high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing expertise with ATS platforms and different sourcing channels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
