Role: Corporate HR Trainee (On Third Party Payroll)

Location: Noida

Experience : 06-1 Years

Communication Skills – Excellent

The responsibility of the recruiter is to ensure that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for working closely with the business team to meet hiring needs and perform a 360 degree recruiter role.

Responsibilities

Ā· Source / receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks

Ā· Conduct initial screening interviews, schedule online/telephonic interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews for prospective applicants

Ā· Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates

Ā· Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Ā· Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting

Ā· Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process

Ā· Ensure that the recruitment processes and compliance are followed as designed by the corporate and adherence without any deviation

Ā· Ensure Local employment laws compliance for respective countries

Ā· Must ensure that the all direct channels are rightly used to source the talent

Ā· Ensure that candidate is given the right experience at the time of hiring and own the hire until he/she is on-board.

Ā· Deliver results in line with the recruitment metrics defined by the corporate teams

Ā· Ensure that all positions are fulfilled with in the stipulated mentioned billing start date

Ā· Manage the stakeholders and ensure that the business expectations are met in the challenging and fast paced environments


Candidate Profile

Ā· Recruitment / resourcing experience

Ā· US/UK/Europe/APAC/LATAM recruitment experience is preferred

Ā· Master’s Degree in HR preferred

Ā· Strong communication skills

Ā· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables

Ā· Ability to work in an unsettled environment, and is able to bring in the stability

Ā· Someone who can start asap

Ā· Should be comfortable with UK shift timings.

Ā· Duration: Direct Contract with HCL
