Corporate Event Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad – On-site | Full-Time

Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager with 3–4 years of experience in B2B event sales, corporate partnerships, or hospitality sales. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong connections in the corporate world, capable of closing deals and curating customized event solutions for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage corporate clients for event bookings (offsites, team parties, networking mixers, etc.)

- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B leads from outbound efforts, referrals, and inbound inquiries

- Collaborate with the operations and F&B team to develop customized event packages

- Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase the venue and services

- Negotiate event contracts and close sales with strong margin focus

- Maintain post-event relationships for repeat bookings and referrals

- Track sales targets, KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership

What We’re Looking For:

3–4 years of experience in event sales, B2B hospitality sales, or corporate partnerships

Strong network of corporate contacts in [your city/region]

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

Self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Experience in CRM systems and event management platforms is a plus
