To provide business application implementation, on- going support and continuous improvement on all project construction areas using Oracle application and technology platform as a functional expertise to ensure the business operation runs smoothly, efficiently and effective by taking the advantages of innovative technology solutions and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in Projects Functional role, Experience minimum 1 end to end implementation life cycle for Oracle HCM Project and expertise in Core HR

  • Understanding of Security Roles & Permissions will be additional advantage

  • Very good on communication, influence skills, business result oriented and managing customer/ user expectation.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Core HR processes and configurations, ensuring timely resolution to meet client needs and SLAs.

  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

  • Configure and customize Core HR modules to meet client-specific requirements, leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and standards.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and support processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

  • Interact closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on issue resolution status, and offer recommendations for optimizing their use of Oracle Fusion Core HR.

  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Core HR modules, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or anomalies.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Configures the system, tests the solution with users

  • Provides user training

  • Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support


  • Preferred Qualifications
    Bachelos;s degree in a relevant technology field
    Experience with Oracle environments, oracle hcm cloud,crp,uat
