Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales Support: Understand technical specifications of switchgear products (MCBs, RCCBs, ACBs, MCCBs, Contactors, Relays, etc.) Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers and product presentations for customers. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients (OEMs, panel builders, contractors, consultants, industries). Conduct market research to analyze competition and market trends. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Visit customers for product demos, technical discussions, and relationship building. Provide post-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution. Sales Operations: Support in tender documentation, order processing, and maintaining CRM data. Follow up on quotations, payments, and delivery schedules. Training & Development: Participate in product and sales training programs. Work closely with senior sales and product management teams to gain industry and product knowledge. Required Skills & Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
