We’re looking for someone who is equal parts writer and thinker, someone who understands that writing for design is about clarity, intent, and a touch of flair. You’ll work closely with our design, strategy, and marketing teams to bring stories to life across long-form pieces, brand narratives, newsletters, social posts, and more.
Whether it’s an SEO-friendly blog or a snappy LinkedIn post, you should know how to shape content that speaks to real humans (not just algorithms). We care about how things sound just as much as how they look. If you do too, you'd vibe with us too.

• Own long-form content, blogs, articles, and newsletters, from first brief to going live.
• Write thought-led, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn (both brand and leadership voices).
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to refine and optimise website copy.
• Turn complex or abstract ideas into sharp, digestible narratives.
• Edit with precision, ensuring that grammar, structure, tone, and storytelling all align perfectly.
• Stay on top of digital trends, design conversations, and content that resonates.

• 1–3 years of writing experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
• A portfolio that shows range, blogs, product copy, thought pieces, social posts, and more.
• A strong sense of tone, structure, and storytelling, and the flexibility to adapt across formats.
• Solid research instincts and the ability to simplify without dumbing down.
• A basic grasp of SEO and how content performs across digital platforms.
• A collaborative spirit, you’re comfortable owning your voice and open to building on others.
• Bonus points if you’ve written for design, tech, SaaS, or lifestyle brands.
